FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: system can be used for inspection of rotation of asynchronous engine, particularly, gyro engine of automatic horizon. Device has static current converter which has outputs connected with phases of asynchronous engine via switch, switch control unit, pulse processing unit, measuring unit control unit, electro-motive force period measuring unit, pulse oscillator, D-flip-flop, failure signaling unit. Threshold element is introduced between measuring unit control unit and electro-motive force period measuring unit. First input of threshold element is connected with non-inverting output of D-flip-flop.
