A cogeneration system is provided to improve the radiating performance by mounting the radiating heat exchanger at the sub unit installed at the roof of the building. A cogeneration system comprises a main unit(60) formed with a generator(50), a driving source driving the generator and generating the heat, and a waste heat recovery unit(66) recovering the waste heat of the driving source; a heat pump-type air conditioner(100) containing a compressor(106), a four-way valve(104), an outdoor heat exchanger(108), an outdoor expansion device(105), an indoor heat exchanger(109), and an indoor expansion device(107); and a sub unit(80) having a waste heat supply heat exchanger(86) supplying the heat recovered at the waste heat recovery unit to the heat pump-type air conditioner and a radiating unit(70) radiating the heat recovered at the waste heat recovery unit. The radiating unit contains a radiating heat exchanger(72) radiating the heat recovered at the waste heat recovery unit to the outside and a waste heat distributor(76) installed to distribute the heat recovered at the waste heat recovery unit to the waste heat supply heat exchanger and the radiating heat exchanger. |
