An apparatus for testing a circuit wiring is provided to enhance user's convenience by enabling a user to freely attach or detach a circuit component to or from the apparatus according to various circuit schematics. An apparatus for testing a circuit wiring includes a rectangular frame(10), a bottom plate(16), and a mounting rail(20). Frame bars(14) with predetermined lengths form side portions of the frame. Plural screw holes(18) are formed to be apart from each other by a predetermined distance on the bottom plate, which is mounted at the bottom of the frame. The mounting rail is screw-coupled with the bottom plate. A rail wing and a fixing groove are formed on the mounting rail. Circuit components(30) are installed on the mounting rail. A mounting lever is formed on one side of the circuit component, while a mounting hook is formed at the other side of the circuit component.
