Provided is a training device for a lower body part to train a lower body part with a predetermined strength by absorbing a force between fleshy insides of thighs and controlling a strength of an absorbed force. The training device for a lower body part comprises a seat plate(1), first and second arm members(10,20), first and second pressure members(30,40), and a shock observer(60). The shock observer(60) is arrayed between the first and second arm members(10,20), and formed to absorb a force when the force is applied to let the first and second pressure members(30,40) be close to each other. The shock observer(60) has a control dial to control a strength of the force at one side thereof.
