FIELD: devices for generation of electric power with the use of wind flow energy. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes ground platform, swivel wind wheel with blades combined by external circular rim engageable with one or more electric power generators; mounted on circular rim of wind wheel between alternating blades in way of rotation of wind wheel are profiled twisted planes which are coupled by cantilever at minimum angle of attack of alphamin with cantilever of previous blade of wind wheel and with cantilever of subsequent blade of wind wheel at maximum angle of attack of alphamax. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; low cost of device and energy generated; enhanced ecological safety. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
