FIELD: microwave engineering; change-over of antenna and transceiver channels in plumbing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed microwave switch designed to transmit electromagnetic waves from its E-wave duct to H-wave duct and from input E-wave duct to any output duct has twin-section balanced hybrid H-wave duct and E-wave duct T-bend. E-wave duct is input one; one switch is installed in one adjacent duct at distance from coupling plane of twin-section adjacent ducts, two switches are installed in other adjacent duct, first one at distance and second one, at distance from coupling plane of adjacent twin-section ducts; one switch is installed in H-wave duct at distance from coupling plane of twin-section H-wave duct, where lambdaw is H10-wave length in H-wave duct and in each of adjacent ducts; lambdawH10 is H10-wave length in twin section; l1H is twin section length; n = 1, 3, 5, ...; m = 5, 7, 9, .... ^ EFFECT: reduced loss in electromagnetic wave transmission. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
