The device has a shut-off mechanism (110) with upstream and downstream sides arranged within housing. The mechanism has a tiltable unit fixedly connected to an upstream of a spout. A shut-off valve (115) is arranged to open and close when an outlet unit moves between open position and an initial position. A sealing unit is tightly arranged such that when the valve is closed no fluid is allowed via a channel configuration. An independent claim is also included for a method for dispensing of a pressurized fluid.
