FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely beet and carrot cutting and blanching, white roots cutting and blanching, cutting of onion and roasting thereof in milk butter with wheat flour, fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, cutting of ordinary fish and gardenstuff. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with fish broth in specific component ratio. ^ EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value. |
