摘要 FIELD: drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: drying plant comprises high-temperature drier and low-temperature drier connected in series. The overheated steam and air represent heat agents in the high-temperature drier and in the low-temperature drier, respectively. The plant also has heat exchanger of high-temperature drier, pipelines, fans, cyclone for high-temperature drier, and heating-pumping installation composed of compressor, condenser, heat control valve, two-position switch, evaporator with working and reserve sections, and stem heater mounted in the pipeline for exhaust overheated steam. The pipeline for discharging the exhaust air from the low-temperature drier comprises cyclone for low-temperature drier, working section of the evaporator, and condenser of heating-pumping installation for subsequent supply of exhaust air to the heat exchanger and returning it to the low-temperature drier to define closed loop. The pipeline for discharging the exhaust overheated steam is additionally provided with the pipeline for discharging a part of the exhaust overheated steam to the reserve section of the evaporator. The two-positioned switch is mounted in the flow of the part of exhaust overheated stream that flows to the reserve section of the evaporator and supplies the coolant of the heat-pumping installation from the heat control valve to the working section of the evaporator. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and expanded functional capabilities. ^ 2 dwg
