A metal plate cutting apparatus having a circular saw blade is provided to widen selection width of lubrication oil appropriate to a rapidly rotating circular saw blade. A metal plate cutting apparatus having a circular saw blade includes a circular saw blade(50), cases, a rotary guide block(60), a supply pipe(80) and a return pipe(82), a circulation pump, and a biasing device. The circular saw blade rapidly rotates to cut a metal plate. The cases surround the circular saw blade and partially expose the saw blade. The rotary guide block has sidewalls for defining an inner space having an inlet port and an outlet port. The supply pipe and the return pipe extend between the inlet port and the outlet port. The circulation pump provides drive force into the inner space. The biasing device biases the rotary guide blocks to both surfaces of the saw blade.
