A vehicle muffler using vortex and a ceramic filler is provided to eliminate dust and poisonous gas attached in the ceramic filler by condensed water generated due to a temperature difference. In a vehicle muffler using vortex and a ceramic filler, an inlet and an outlet are installed on both sides of a body(1). A ceramic filler(3) is installed inside of the body. A plurality of vortex generators(2) is installed on a side of the inlet inside of the body at an appropriate distance. And, the ceramic filler is formed on a side of an outlet.
