An organic electroluminescent device is provided to quickly cool the heat generated when the device is operated, thereby preventing a lifespan of the device from being shortened due to the heat. An organic electroluminescent device includes plural pixels(120) having an indium tin oxide layer, an organic layer, and a substrate having a metal panel(110) inserted between transparent sub-substrates. The metal panel has an opening(112) formed at a position corresponding to the pixels. The metal panel is transparent. |
