An optical recording medium is provided to satisfy a BD(Blue-ray Disc) characteristic, have a high contrast between a recording mark and a space, and have high recording sensitivity. An optical recording medium includes a substrate(200) and an information recording layer(210). The information recording layer(210) is located in an upper part of the substrate(200). The information recording layer(210) includes the first to third recording layers(212,214,216). The first recording layer(212) includes one or more elements selected from a group including Ag, In, Ge, Sb, and Te. The second recording layer(214) includes one or more elements selected from a group including Si, Sn, Sb, and Ge. The third recording layer(216) includes one or more elements selected from a group including Ni, Ag, Au, W, Cr, and Mo. The second recording layer is formed in a circumference of the third recording layer.
