A safety diagnosis system for searching and measuring a crack position in a tunnel is provided to reduce installation and maintenance cost by rapidly measuring the crack condition and position of an outer wall layer by contacting a fixing member and a sensing wire with each other. A safety diagnosis system for searching and measuring a crack position in a tunnel(10) includes a main wire wired along the tunnel, wherein electricity supplied from a power source flows; plural illuminating lamps(110,110') connected to the main wire in parallel to receive the electricity and placed along the tunnel; and a sensing wiring unit(120) electrically connecting the main wire and the illuminating lamps, laid in an outer wall layer(12) forming the inner surface of the tunnel, and comprising a fixing member(230) placed at the wire and the outer peripheral surface of the wire and combined with the outer wall layer of a cement mortar material, an insertion terminal installed with an insertion bar communicated at one end of the wire, and a receiving terminal electrically connected at the other end of the wire and having a conductor formed with a fitting groove to which the insertion bar is communicated and detachably inserted, so that a sensing wire is formed by the mutual contact of insertion and receiving terminals.
