An actuator control system for transmission is provided to shorten an air supply period by supplying directly air to tires in a state of air shortage. An actuator control system for transmission includes an air gauge assembly(13), a transmission air tank(11) and a coupler. The air gauge assembly is installed at one side of a vehicle in order to be connected with a tire(12) of a vehicle. The transmission air tank is connected with the air gauge assembly in order to apply air pressure to the tire. The coupler is installed at one side of the transmission air tank in order to be coupled with the air gauge assembly and the transmission air tank. The coupler is connected with a hose which is installed at the air gauge assembly.
