A forming machine for baluster that can substantially improve shape beauty of the baluster by forming irregularities and square shapes on an outer circumferential surface of a pipe at once in a manner that the irregularities and square shapes are spaced from one another in a certain distance is provided. A forming machine for baluster comprises: a supporting frame(10) on which respective devices are installed; rotary rollers(20) installed on an upper surface of the supporting frame; a rotary shaft(30) installed in rear of the rotary rollers; a fixing frame(40) connected to the front of the rotary shaft; a forming shaft(50) installed on the fixing frame to pressurize an outer spherical surface of a pipe(80); and a cylinder(70) of which rod(71) is connected to the fixing frame. The forming shaft comprises: a central shaft(51) of which one end is supported to the fixing frame; and a plurality of round plates(52) and eccentric plates(53) formed on the outer circumference of the forming shaft in such a way that the round plates and the eccentric plates are spaced from one another in a certain distance.
