A method and a system for transmitting a message by using an information question input window are provided to determine whether a text is a search word or message expression if a sender inputs the text in the information question input window and transmit the message to a receiver if the text is the message expression, thereby enabling users to transmit the message to the receiver by only inputting the message expression in the input window related to a program installed in a web page or a user terminal. A method for sending a message by using an information question input window comprises the following steps of: enabling a sender to receive a text inputted in the information question input window(S101); determining whether the text is a search word or message expression(S102); determining the receiver of the message if the text is the message expression, wherein the message expression includes a message(S103); and transmitting the message to the receiver(S104).
