An authentication label and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily authenticate an article by enabling the color of the authentication label to be changed, when the user presses the label by his finger. An authentication label includes a base layer(110), a color-invariant layer(120), and a color-varying layer(130). The base layer is made of paper. The color-invariant layer is formed by offset-printing first ink, whose color is not changed by external heat, on the upper surface of the base layer. The color-invariant layer includes more than one layer according to the number of colors of the ink. The color-varying layer is formed by silk-printing second ink on the upper surface of the color-invariant layer. The color of the second ink is the same as the first ink and changed by the external heat. |
