Method and system for managing tasks to be performed by employees at different objects and handheld data unit

The method involves storing a profile in a server (4) for co-workers and their activities. An electrically self-supplied wireless data handset indicates the object related activities of task schedule according to the profile of the operating co-worker, the profile of activities and the processing status. Activities accomplished by the co-worker are indicated within a picture representation device e.g. color LCD. An independent claim is also included for an electrically self-supplied data hand set with a system for managing activities to be performed at different objects of co-workers.
