A high pressure compressed air generator is provided to improve efficiency, safety and convenience, and to prevent engine noise by generating high pressure compressed air with low pressure compressed air through a compressor of an engine without an electric apparatus. A high pressure compressed air generator includes an impeller(10) combined with a rotating shaft(12), provided with plural blades(16) and a first gear and rotated by flow rate of first compressed air, a rotor provided with plural blades and a second gear engaged with the first gear, combined with a rotating shaft and reversely rotated in rotating the impeller, an upper case(30) having a space in which the impeller rotates, a passage flowing first compressed air and a discharge port(36) discharging first compressed air rotating the impeller, a body(40) having a support surface(46) rotating and supporting the impeller and the rotor, a space in which the blade is driven for forming second compressed air, a passage flowing first compressed air, an inlet port(42) flowing first compressed air and an outlet port discharging second compressed air, and a lower case(50) increasing sealing force in generating second compressed air of the rotor. The passage of the inlet port is divided into a first passage(47) supplying part of first compressed air to the impeller and a second passage(48) supplying part of first compressed air to the rotor.
