<p>An aqueous recording solution for ink jet printing contains: a pigment; at least one of a water-soluble organic solvent and a water-soluble organic compound; water; and a dispersant having a molecular weight of 200 to 2, 000, the dispersant being represented by formula (I):
wherein R 1 represents a substituent, L 1 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, R 2 and R 3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, n represents an integer of 1 or more, and M represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent cation, provided that R 1 , R 2 and R 3 do not have a sulfo group, and the total number of carbon atoms of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 is 13 or more.</p> |
