In the formula, R1-R5 respectively represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen element, an acyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, an aryl group, a cyano group or a heterocyclic residue; Ar represents an aryl group having an electron-withdrawing substituent or a heterocyclic residue having an electron-withdrawing substituent; and M represents a group IX element or a group X element.</p> |
