<p>The method involves assembling an auxiliary carriage panel (32) in a flat configuration on the external side of a main rear panel (28), made of a flexible material, by collage or welding. A three-dimensional shape is provided to the rear panel by a stiff assembly that joins together the edges of V-shaped cuts formed on lateral edges of the rear panel. A rigidifying structure (34) is inserted between the panels (28, 32). Brackets (36) are fixed by the collage on the panel (28) and are pre-mounted with a belt (16) and a strap (38) to adjust a pair of shoulder straps (14). An independent claim is also included for a backpack with an auxiliary carriage panel assembled with a main rear panel.</p> |
