PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency of a mounter including feeder exchange operation, etc., in the mounter for executing a diversified small-quantity production. SOLUTION: In a mounter in which a plurality of kinds of printed boards are objects, a disposition of a feeder is set by data preparing means 32 and external calculating means 35 of a control unit 30. As the process, a group classification of the printed board, an extraction of perfect fixed parts in which the feeder is always fixedly disposed in part supplier, and an extraction of fixed parts in the group in which the feeder is fixedly disposed while the printed board in the same group is mounted are repeated by changing three factors of the group of the printed board, the perfect fixed parts and the fixed parts in the group. And, the three factors are set so that an accumulated value of a feeder exchange time of period calculated based on the number of non-fixed parts of each board and the expected number of board production during a specified time of period is reduced. |
