The device has support units placed in a non-reinforced mixed-in-place wall (21), where the support units (22) project from the wall. A reinforced top beam (23) of concrete is formed on the wall, and includes the projecting support units. Detachable connecting units are integrated into the top beam, and columns are detachably and force-fittingly attached to the connecting units. The top beam transfers the bending moments, horizontal force, vertical force and torsional moments into the support units.
