<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the possibility of forming solder bridges and solder balls and reduce the buildup amount of solder coated on bus bar electrodes, when the electrodes are covered with solder. <P>SOLUTION: In this solar battery element, different conductive regions formed on one and another main surface sides of a semiconductor substrate 1 includes bus bar electrodes 5a whose surfaces are coated with solder 7, and a plurality of finger electrodes 5b perpendicular to the bus bar electrodes 5a on above one main surface side.
