Disclosed is a method for controlling an air conditioner having a multi-compressor capable of improving an ability that corresponds to a room cooling load or a room heating load and capable of reducing an energy loss of the air conditioner. To this end, a compressing capacity of compressors by a temperature difference between a previous room temperature and a desired temperature predetermined by a user is pre-stored. Then, the pre-stored compressing capacity is varied on the basis of a temperature difference between a present room temperature and the desired temperature. |
