VINYL-URETHANE COPOLYMER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

Disclosed is a vinyl-urethane copolymer having a vinyl polymer chain portion and a urethane polymer chain portion wherein the vinyl polymer chain portion and the urethane polymer chain portion are bonded with each other through a linking portion having a bond between a silicon atom and an oxygen atom. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a vinyl- urethane copolymer. The vinyl-urethane copolymer forms a cured product having excellent hot water resistance, water resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance.
