The device has a memory control circuit (1) to control a memory (2) of the semiconductor memory device. A bank busy circuit (11) of the memory control circuit sets a bank busy time for controlling different bank cycle times. A command control circuit controls different command interfaces. An initial sequence circuit controls memories with different initial sequences. An address generation circuit controls address interfaces. An independent claim is also included for a mount-type semiconductor device for mounting a semiconductor memory device.
