The system has fixed toroidal units (1) and rotating toroidal units (2) carrying wind generators (7) and fixed semi-toroidal units, where the toroidal units (1, 2) are assembled through crown type rolling bearings (5) with sealing devices for orienting the generators along the direction of wind. A metallic support (4) is fixed on the toroidal units by soldering and includes a ferrule and seat crowns which are connected together through shoulder brackets for receiving the bearings.
