A topical medicament, and associate method of use, for the treatment of dermatologic conditions in both humans and animals is provided. The medicament includes a mixture of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, lanolin, petroleum jelly, silver hydrosol, ti tree oil, zinc oxide and corn starch in appropriate proportions. Ingredient proportions may be varied to form an ointment or a paste having a thicker consistency than the ointment.
