发明名称 IRON NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITE AND PREPARATION THEREOF
摘要 A method of preparing iron nano-particle composite is provided to fabricate the composite based on iron nano-particle/non-ionic surfactant with excellent dispersion, fluidity and reactivity, which is available for purifying soil and underground water by admixing iron nano-particle and non-ionic surfactant in water and applying ultrasonic wave to the admixture. The method comprises the steps of: mixing iron nano-particle and non-ionic surfactant with water in a ratio by weight of 1:2 to 20; applying ultrasonic wave ranging of 1-100kHz to the solution mixture to bond the iron nano-particle to hydrophobic residual group of the non-ironic surfactant. The non-ionic surfactant is at least one selected from Tween 20, Tween 65, Tween 80, Trixton 100 and mixture thereof. The obtained iron nano-particle composite has particle size ranging from 1 to 100nm.
