A method for heat treatment of a crank shaft is provided to prevent cracks from generating on the crank shaft when correcting bending of the crank shaft by effectively solving a crank shaft deformation problem that can be generated on the crank shaft in a high frequency quenching process during a crank shaft heat treatment process. In a heat treatment method for manufacturing a crank shaft, a method for heat treatment of the crank shaft comprises: a first step of performing quenching of respective pin parts of a crank shaft processed material and rest of journals except a center journal located at the center of the crank shaft processed material; a second step of measuring a deformation amount and a deformation angle of the center journal; and a third step of performing high frequency quenching of the center journal in such a manner that more heat energy is applied oppositely to a bending direction of the center journal depending on the deformation amount and the deformation angle of the center journal. |
