An autonomous distributed radio network is appropriately formed, while collision between beacons transmitted by communication stations to each other is avoided. When a radio-wave arrival range shifts and becomes in a receivable state and beacon collision occurs, a communication station changes its beacon transmission position in response to a reception of a beacon of another station at such a timing that there exists a fear of collision just before transmitting its beacon. When there appears a new communication station that can receive from two systems existing in a range no radio waves reach, and a beacon collision is revealed, the new entrant station transmits, to one of the communication stations transmitting the colliding beacons, a request for a change of its beacon transmission timing. |
