<p>Citizens deposit waste into boxes from which the waste is transferred by a pneumatic transport network to a transport center. The transport network includes a principal artery with auxiliary branches each having an isolation valve and where the waste is separated. The waste is compacted into big parallelepiped containers before final transfer to an elimination treatment center. When the waste enters a collection center, a PLC center controls shifting valves to separate desired fractions of the waste which is subjected to a cyclone for unloading into the containers.</p> |
