A-I Unity Platform System: The stable walls (1) are installed all along the platform to match the position of train doors. All the platform doors (2) by roller bearings move on the seating sledge (10 ) in the stable walls. All the doors are attached to one steel rope (3), which is a closed circle. One drive group activates this rope. The drive group consists of one electric motor with adjustable frequency controller (=v-motor 5), one brake (6) and one drive sheave (7). The rope that is pulled to the right or the left by the drive sheave and the v- motor moves over a pulley set (8) and the platform doors open or close at the same time, being attached to the same rope. There are no drive mechanism in the stable walls and the platform doors . Note 1: For different type trains; A-II, A-III, A-IV systems are used. Note 2: To bridge the gap between the platform edge and the train, B- Movabl e Gap Bridges are used.
