A complex insulation member of sheet type for construction is provided to handle the complex insulation member easily by winding the complex insulation member of sheet type into a roll, to insulate and keep heat by forming nonferrous metal layers at both sides of the complex insulation member, to improve working efficiency by forming a latticed printing part in the surface of nonferrous metal. A complex insulation member(10) is mounted in an inner wall or an outer wall of a building to insulate heat by shutting flow of air, and composed of a nonferrous metal layer(11) having a latticed printing part(13), polyester long fiber nonwoven fabric(14) bonded to the nonferrous metal layer by an adhesive, a polyethylene bubble layer(15) bonded to the polyester long fiber nonwoven fabric to shut off air by forming an air cushion, a synthetic resin foaming agent layer(16) bonded to the polyethylene bubble layer, and a nonferrous metal layer(12) bonded to the synthetic resin foaming agent layer. An adhesive layer with a protection sheet is formed in the nonferrous metal layer bonded to the synthetic resin foaming agent layer.
