A fixing device of a medical instrument is provided to separate/fix the medical instrument from/to a pipe without assembling or disassembling and to freely regulate the direction of the medical instrument even after the medical instrument is installed. The fixing device(A) of a medical instrument(40) is composed of a support member(10) having a fixing hole(11) combined with various medical instruments by a fixing bolt(13); a fixing member(20) comprising a body(21) detachably joined with the support member, a combining part(22) disposed at one side of the body and formed with a combining hole(22a) in the center, and a gripping part(23) formed at the side facing the combining part to hold a portion of an inserted pipe(P); and a combining unit(30) joined to the combining hole of the combining part of the fixing member to press-fit and fix the pipe clasped by the griping part.
