A cylinder block of a compressor is provided to reduce material cost by making the cylinder block with injection-molding engineering plastic, to increase productivity by assembling a guide pipe with insert injection molding, and to radiate heat from a compression chamber in reciprocating a piston by forming plural plates in a heat radiating unit. A cylinder block(130) is installed in a compressor, combined with a driving unit and a compression unit generating compressive force in turning the driving unit, and composed of a rotating shaft hole(132) containing a rotating shaft contacted to the driving unit and turned, a compression chamber(134) containing and linearly reciprocating the compression unit and compressing refrigerant, and a storage space(136) storing compressed refrigerant in the compression chamber. A guide pipe(135') is insert-combined with the storage space to communicate the storage space with the compression chamber. A rotation guide member(132') is insert-combined with the rotating shaft hole to guide the rotating shaft.
