The invention relates to a pressurized dressing employed in offering first aid to accident victims suffering from open wounds. According to the invention, the pressurized dressing comprises an enclosure (2 and 8) where pressurized air is introduced, being provided with a cavity (1 and 7) for sterilized compresses to cover the wound, said cavity communicating through an orifice (O1 and O2) with the enclosure (2 and 8), in order to ensure the compressive effect and also the wound ventilation.
