A three-dimensional sheet partially coated with a lenticular layer and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to economically and effectively provide three-dimensional effects by selectively operating the lenticular layer. A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional sheet partially coated with a lenticular layer includes the steps of forming a general print layer(20) on a print substrate(10) by using an offset method and partially forming a lenticular print layer(30) in the general print layer; coating a transparent resin on the lenticular print layer to form a lenticular coating layer; and forming embossing on the lenticular coating layer to manufacture a lenticular forming layer(40) having a lenticular embossing part.
