The facing has a pivot type disengageable upper connection (4) to permit a rotation movement between the facing and a rough internal wall of a tunnel. The connection turns around an axis of a bar (6). The connection is formed by a U-shaped inverted zone (5) to cooperate with the bar. Square blocks (21) made up of a ceramic material are connected on a tubular frame made up of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
