A biaxial hinge member and a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) including the biaxial hinge member are provided to enable a folder unit to be open and closed in two horizontal or vertical directions from a main unit as preventing the folder unit from being simultaneously open/closed, thus mechanical reliability and usage convenience can be realized. A biaxial hinge member(240) includes the first and second hinge housings(241,251) which are vertically connected. The first and second hinge housings(241,251) comprise as follows. The first and second rotational hinge units(242,252) rotate with a folder unit by being connected with the folder unit and a main unit. The first and second movement converters convert rotational movements of the first and second rotational hinge units(242,252) into straight movements. The first and second locking units(244,254) restrict mutual movements with the first and second rotational hinge units(242,252) which are put in vertical direction.
