A vertical rotary parking system with a turntable is provided to make the best use of space by moving a vehicle regardless of direction without changing the direction of the vehicle with the turntable, and to improve safety by accurately assembling and disassembling upper and lower hanger units. A hanger of a vertical rotary parking system is formed by assembling an upper hanger unit(100) with a lower hanger unit(200) to assemble a parking pallet(400) with a parking plate fitting member(10). The upper hanger unit has a couple of support members(110) having cut grooves opened downward and longitudinally formed, a couple of connecting members connecting the support members, a hanger disassembling unit(130) formed in the connecting member, and a position decision plate(140) formed in a center of the connecting member. The lower hanger unit includes a couple of hanger fitting pieces having upper seating grooves and lower fitting grooves, a hanger frame(208) connected to the parking pallet and coupled at both ends of the fitting piece, a reinforcing frame connected between the fitting pieces, and a position decision pin(212) protruded up in a center of the reinforcing frame. A pushing unit(300) has a pushing plate formed corresponding to the hanger disassembling unit, and pushes a hanger release pin with the pushing plate by operating a driving screw shaft of an electric motor.
