A magnetic treating device enabling a magnetic action to be favorably influence water flowing through a pipe or a fluid except the water is provided. A magnetic treating device comprises a pipeline(2) spirally wound around a magnetic field generation part, and a magnetic field generation means(11) for influencing a magnetic field into the concerned pipeline, wherein the magnetic field generation means comprises a magnetic field rotation means with a rotation shaft(14) for rotating a core part(13A), and a magnet fixture(13) for fixing permanent magnets(12A,12B) located on an outer periphery of the core part. The magnetic field generation means is rotated in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the fluid to be treated that flows to a coil part(2C) by the magnetic field rotation means. The coil part is formed of a nonconductor. The magnetic treating device further comprises a flux sensor for detecting a flow amount of the fluid to be treated flowing through the pipeline, and a control means for controlling rotation operation of the magnetic field generation means by an output signal transmitted from the flux sensor. |
