The device has three Fresnel lenses (1a-1c) integrated to a luminaire, where the lenses (1a, 1b) have concentric streaks forming micro-prisms (8). The lenses (1a, 1b) form an optical assembly (25) with the streaks. The lens (1c) forms an optical assembly (26) with the streaks directed to the assembly (25). The three lenses have optical properties such that they form, by the variation of an opacity state, a simple or a double immaterial ellipsoid (2).
