The device consists of an insulating body (1) and contact terminals (2), whereby the insulating body has at least two rows of holes (11). A circuit board (3) is provided on a surface of the insulating body with an attachment plate (31) and two mutually isolated current-conducting copper films (32) with holes (311,321) corresponding to the through holes of the insulating body. The contact terminals are fed through the holes in the circuit board and the through holes in the insulating body.
