A cleaning apparatus having a non-contact power transmission unit is provided to prevent vibration and noise, and improve working environment by smoothly inserting and discharging cleaning materials. A cleaning apparatus having a non-contact power transmission unit includes a motor(110), a drive roll, and a driven roll(130). The motor generates drive power. The drive roll has a plurality of magnets for generating a magnetic force when the motor is rotated. The driven roll has a plurality of magnets rotated in a reverse direction when the drive roll is rotated, and is fixed on an axial line of a cleaning roll(32) of a lower cleaning unit.
