A fixing apparatus for fastening an insulation board to a mold is provided to construct the insulation board easily without cutting headless nails by separating the headless nail together in separating the mold. A fixing nail(100) for fastening an insulation board to a mold is composed of a nail support body(10) having an inner passage, an anchor plate part and a push plate part, and a headless nail(20) penetrating the inner passage of the nail support body. The headless nail is fitted to a support member(310) for supporting a mold(300), and a hook(23) is integrally formed in the headless nail in the opposite direction to force applied in separating the mold. Two or more hooks are arranged symmetrically in the headless nail. The headless nail is firmly fixed to the mold against assembling force of cement paste, and the mold is separated together with the headless nail without cutting the headless nail.
