An apparatus for generating a magnetic field for a hearing-impaired person in a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable an LPF to remove high frequency components of a signal, thereby realizing the magnetic field generator using a class-D audio amplifier, improving the efficiency of the magnetic field generator. An apparatus for generating a magnetic field for a hearing-impaired person in a mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: an amplifier(501) which amplifies an electrical signal(500) of a voice band from a codec up to a predetermined level and outputs the amplified electrical signal; an LPF(Low Pass Filter)(503) which removes high frequency components from the electrical signal(500) from the amplifier(501); and a tele-coil(505) which converts the electrical signal(500) from the LPF(503) into a magnetic signal.
